Ashwiny took to Instagram to discuss the making of the film. "Made 'System' with a lot of heart," she wrote, adding that she "grew as a storyteller" in the process. The director acknowledged the difficulties: "We know the journey was not so easy with its own trials also outdoor locations are always difficult."
Ashwiny gave special shout-outs to her leads. "Thank-you @aslisona for getting us home made food and @jyotika for the battery fan when you saw us feeling exhausted and stuffy in the Delhi Sarika house," she wrote. These are the human touches that define film sets.
The film centres on Sonakshi's Neha Rajvansh, a privileged public prosecutor, and Jyotika's Sarika Rawat, a middle-class courtroom stenographer, as they team up to investigate a murder and uncover systemic corruption within the legal framework. It's a women-led courtroom drama with bite.
