In a candid throwback, the megastar described the incident in detail. "We were told there was a chance he could have lost his eye if it had been hit a little lower," Chiranjeevi said. Doctors warned that the damage could have been catastrophic had the injury occurred slightly lower on the eye.
As a father watching his son work in action cinema, Chiranjeevi's concern was acute. Eye injuries on set carry genuine risk, particularly given the intense choreography and stunts that Telugu cinema demands.
Ram Charan recovered from the incident and returned to work, but it remains the kind of near-miss that underlines how hazardous film sets are, regardless of safety protocols.
