Ann Wilson is back. The Heart legend and her band Tripsitter announced their new album Consecrated Ground, releasing August 14. The lead single I Will Not Be Coming Back arrives today.

According to Rolling Stone, the record blends heavy rock, psychedelia, blues, and raw emotional storytelling.

The announcement comes after Wilson returned to the stage in February 2025 for Heart's Royal Flush Tour following her cancer journey, which involved surgery and preventive chemotherapy. The Rock & Roll Hall of Famer (inducted in 2013 with her sister Nancy) has maintained a steady creative output since.

Wilson has also launched her podcast After Dinner Thinks with Criss Cain and released her solo documentary In My Voice.

In May, Wilson told Rolling Stone the documentary gave fans a chance to know her apart from Heart, apart from music — just the journeys she's been through as an older woman.

Consecrated Ground arrives August 14.
