Barack Obama is sitting down with MS NOW for an exclusive interview as part of the network's special coverage of the Obama Presidential Center's opening in Chicago this week.
The network is broadcasting a two-hour prime-time special, Hope Comes Home: Inside the Obama Presidential Center, Friday at 9 p.m. ET. The Obamas are also participating in a separate conversation with former First Lady Michelle Obama.
The presidential center opens in Chicago, and MS NOW is covering the event. Both Barack and Michelle will appear on camera discussing the center and their life after the White House.
The exclusive access is significant for the network, particularly given the Obamas' limited media schedule in recent years.
The special airs Friday at 9 p.m. ET on MS NOW.
