Bella Kay is leaning into the chaos, and honestly? We're here for it.

The 20-year-old singer-songwriter is releasing her debut album My Reckless Abandon on July 12 via Atlantic Records. According to Rolling Stone, Kay said: "If I have a choice between a good decision and a bad decision, but the bad decision is fun, I'm probably gonna choose the bad decision."

The album contains 13 tracks and was executive produced by Idarose. Her breakthrough single "iloveitiloveitiloveit" anchors the project. That track dropped in January.

Kay has been candid about the album's emotional content. She's examining her past, wrestling with mental health and body image, and crafting a narrative around the tension of new love.

"It's talking a little bit about my past, what it was like growing up, and talking a little bit about struggling with mental health and struggling with body issues," Kay shared. "In the vein of relationship things, it also explores so many thought processes of this thing that's happening. It's a 'will they, won't they' type of vibe, which I think is exciting."

The album arrives July 12.
