Ciarán Hinds is joining Channing Tatum's upcoming 'Isle of Man' movie at Amazon MGM Studios. The Oscar-nominated Irish actor has signed on to the racing drama, which centres around the legendary Isle of Man race, one of the world's most dangerous motor races.
Hinds joins an ensemble cast that includes Tatum, Eve Hewson (daughter of U2's Bono), May Calamawy, and Ruaridh Mollica. Reid Carolin directs from a script he wrote with Jason Keller and Bryan Johnson. Production begins this Friday.
Hinds is best known for roles in 'Game of Thrones' and 'The Woman in Black'. Eve Hewson has appeared in 'The Knick' and recent prestige dramas. The pairing of established actors with Tatum signals substantial investment in the project.
