Denny Hamlin is the favorite. The Joe Gibbs driver won the Pennzoil 400 in March and captured the All-Star title in 2015 when the race was held at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Kyle Larson, Chase Elliott, and Christopher Bell are among the contenders ready to challenge Hamlin on Sunday.
This is the first time Dover Motor Speedway is hosting the All-Star Race. The one-mile Delaware track replaces North Wilkesboro Speedway, which hosted the event for three years.
