Forget the expensive catering bill. DoorDash's Summer of DashPass savings event is here to make your World Cup parties, barbecues, and backyard hangs more affordable and more fun.
The multi-week savings event is rolling out exclusive discounts across thousands of restaurants, grocery stores, and retailers. DashPass subscribers can get 25% to 50% off at chains like Subway, Chipotle, 7-Eleven, and Kroger, plus over 100,000 local businesses.
DoorDash is also offering free buses to stadiums, exclusive watch parties, and ticket giveaways to World Cup games, including the final. "This year's Summer of DashPass is the biggest yet," DoorDash VP Rob Edell said in a statement. "We're talking exclusive watch parties, free buses to the stadium, ticket giveaways, and a trip to the Final. And when you're watching from home, we've got deals on everything from groceries and snacks to a brand new TV."
Everything you need for a watch party is on sale. Snacks, streaming devices, and bulk orders for your crew all carry discounts or BOGO meal deals.
Not a DashPass member yet? The service includes a 30-day free trial. After that, it costs $9.99 per month or $96 annually. Members get unlimited $0 delivery fees, reduced service fees, 5% back in DoorDash credits on pickup orders, and exclusive Lyft ride benefits when accounts are linked.
With the FIFA World Cup 2026 this summer, DoorDash is making a major push to attract subscribers.
