Antonio Gracias isn't done yet. The Valor Equity Partners founder—Elon Musk's longtime financial advisor—is closing a $2.5 billion Fund VII, according to Bloomberg. Gracias and his firm have already set aside capital for additional SpaceX investments.

Valor already owns around 4% of SpaceX, which recently went public. The firm filed SEC paperwork last year to start raising. Fund VII will follow Fund VI, which closed at $2.35 billion in 2024 and focused on operational growth plays.

Valor's portfolio includes SpaceX, military tech company Anduril, and Reddit. The firm typically targets growth-stage companies with founder vision and room to scale, though it has also made earlier-stage investments when the opportunity fits.

Gracias has been Musk's financial partner for years. With SpaceX now public, expect Fund VII to concentrate on proven winners and cutting-edge technology.
