Apple TV has officially renewed The Reluctant Traveler with Eugene Levy for Season 4, keeping the Schitt's Creek star on the road for another season.
Levy, who played Frank Rose in Schitt's Creek, will continue visiting the world's most exotic locales. In a statement capturing his comedic style, Levy revealed his reluctant acceptance: "After three seasons on the show I have just about accepted, albeit begrudgingly, that saying 'yes' to..." the journey continues.
The format has remained consistent across three seasons: Levy discovers new destinations, attempts local experiences with visible uncertainty, and connects genuinely with the people he meets. The show balances comfort viewing with real cultural curiosity.
The renewal comes after Levy's successful run since Schitt's Creek ended in 2020. The 77-year-old actor has won Emmy awards and become a streaming fixture. Season 4 will feature more of Levy's deadpan humour and the personal encounters that define the series.
