Gloria Estefan is getting emotional about Mother's Day, and it all comes down to a Jack Jones classic.

In a new Rolling Stone feature, the Latin icon reveals that "The Impossible Dream" holds deep meaning in her life. "One of my mother's favorite songs was 'The Impossible Dream,' and she would ask me to sing it constantly when I was growing up," Estefan says. She explains that while she didn't understand the lyrics as a child, the song's message about dreaming beyond limitations and pushing through adversity stayed with her.

J Balvin picks "Los Caminos de la Vida," a track that celebrates the sacrifice mothers make for their children and their dreams of giving them everything they deserve.

For Natalia Lafourcade, Mother's Day is different this year—she's a new mom herself. The singer has been playing the album "Aztec" since pregnancy, and now her baby listens to it constantly. "Every time he listens to it, his crying calms down, his heart rate regulates, and he's happy," she says about the Native American-voiced album "Under the Green Corn Moon."

Chino Pacas picks his own track, "Mamá," a declaration of love for his mother. "This song came straight from the heart; everything flowed during its production," he says, admitting he rarely tells his mom he loves her out loud—but she knows through his music.

Bad Gyal chooses "A Fuego Lento" by Rosana, a song that takes her back to childhood car rides when her mom would sing along while driving her to school. "It reminds me of those special moments between her and me, my sisters, and my brother," she says.

Nothing says "I love you, Mom" quite like a well-chosen song.
