Nicole Kidman is navigating her split from Keith Urban with practiced ease while raising a blended family. The Oscar winner has faced major life changes before and continues to move forward with characteristic poise.
"I'm always going to be moving toward what's good," Kidman told Variety in March. The 5-foot-11 actress remains based in Nashville, where she has been raising daughters Sunday Rose, 17, and Faith Margaret, 15, with Urban for the past two decades.
"We have our life here," she explained. "I'm part of the city and community for 20 years. It's my home." Reese Witherspoon lives nearby.
Despite Nashville as her base, Kidman has been highly visible in 2026. She traveled to Chile and Antarctica for leisure, attended Paris for Chanel's runway show, and went to New York for her series Scarpetta. She presented at the Oscars and co-chaired the Met Gala in May, wearing red Chanel. "A strong symbol for love, for passionate love, vitality, for power, and motherhood," she said of her choice, while Sunday Rose wore Dior.
Sunday Rose, who has booked modeling work for Miu Miu and Dior, attends regular high school in Nashville. "The privilege of having these experiences and meeting so many new people is so amazing," she said in Elle Australia's March cover story, "but as a teenager it's so easy to get sucked in to all of it so fast."
Kidman also shares children Isabella, 33, and Connor, 31, with ex Tom Cruise. After being largely out of the public eye last year, she has returned to her schedule: "Now I'm in a place of saying, '2026. Here we go.'"
