The Beatles are coming home. Apple Corps Ltd. is opening The Beatles at 3 Savile Row, an official fan experience that will transform the Mayfair landmark into a seven-floor Beatles museum in 2027.
This is the building where Let It Be was recorded. The rooftop where the Fab Four performed their final public concert on January 30, 1969—a moment later documented in Peter Jackson's 2021 documentary miniseries Get Back.
Paul McCartney said in a statement: "It was such a trip to get back to 3 Savile Row recently and have a look around. There are so many special memories within the walls, not to mention the rooftop."
Ringo Starr said: "Wow, it's like coming home."
The experience includes never-before-seen material from Apple Corps' archives, rotating exhibitions, a fan store, and a full recreation of the original studio where Let It Be was recorded. Fans will also be able to visit the rooftop where the band performed that January day in 1969, with the original railings still in place.
Apple Corps CEO Tom Greene said: "We're thrilled to bring Apple Corps back to its spiritual home and give the Beatles fans something truly special. Every single day, fans are taking pictures of the outside of 3 Savile Row – but next year they can go in and explore all seven floors of the iconic building, including the rooftop."
Beatles fans have been photographing the address for decades. In 2027, they will finally be able to enter.
