Reign Maker Group has acquired a majority stake in Hyphen HQ, a talent management company incorporated in April by founders Jonathan Chanti and Brad Morris.

Hyphen HQ has launched HyphenShare, a profit-sharing and options program that gives creators and talent managers financial stakes in the agency. The move is designed to reshape compensation structures in creator management.

Reign Maker Group's investment provides both capital and validation for Hyphen's model of distributing financial returns to creators and offering managers equity participation.

Traditional talent agencies have struggled to monetize creator content. Hyphen is rethinking the structure by offering equity stakes to both creators and managers, betting that transparency and shared prosperity outperform commission-only arrangements.

Hyphen's founders believe creators will respond to management that treats them as stakeholders rather than revenue streams. In an industry driven by fan loyalty and parasocial relationships, alignment of interests matters.

Venture capital continues to flow into the creator economy space. The success or failure of Hyphen's profit-sharing model will shape industry practices in coming months.
