Carly Rae Jepsen announced her eighth studio album, Day and Night, a double LP arriving September 18 with 24 tracks split across two discs of 12 songs each.

The Canadian pop artist revealed the project via Rolling Stone. The two halves have distinct sonic identities. Day features live instrumentation and Seventies-inspired psychedelic pop, while Night is synth-driven dance pop.

Jepsen worked with Tavish Crowe, Kyle Shearer, Nate Cyphert, and her husband Cole M.G.N., whom she married last year.

The lead single "On Wires" drops Friday, June 26. Earlier this month, Jepsen played two different instrumentals on her website for 12 hours each, then shared moody postcards on social media captioned with lyrics, locations, and timestamps.

This is Jepsen's first full album since 2023's The Loveliest Time B-sides collection. She welcomed her first child in March 2026 with Cole.

Day and Night arrives September 18 via Interscope Records. Pre-orders are live now.
