After five seasons of gore, politics, and superhero chaos, The Boys has finally wrapped. Creator Eric Kripke recently convened with the cast at the Deadline Studio at Prime Experience to discuss the series finale "Blood and Bone."

Jack Quaid, who played Hughie, kicked off the conversation with serious feelings about bringing the show to a close. The cast—including Jensen Ackles, Erin Moriarty, Karen Fukuhara, Laz Alonso, Jessie T. Usher, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Colby Minifie, Nathan Mitchell, Susan Heyward, Daveed Diggs, and Valorie Curry—sat down to discuss their favorite finale moments.

Kripke called the ensemble "stone-cold badasses." After five seasons of delivering intense performances in one of streaming's most visceral shows, they earned the praise.

The event carried a bittersweet tone. According to Kripke, the goodbye was "traumatic and tearful." These actors spent years working through some of the most brutal, high-stakes superhero storytelling on television, and saying farewell to Vought International and all its chaos did not come easy.

Fans have responded strongly to the finale, and with Kripke celebrating his cast's work, the affection between creator and performers is clear.
