Olivia Rodrigo revealed that she nearly had an anxiety attack before headlining Glastonbury.

In a BBC interview, the pop star discussed the minutes before she took the stage at the U.K.'s most iconic festival. "I remember having a near-anxiety attack in the bathroom, like, 'How am I going to do this? I don't know if I'm ready,'" she said.

The moment she stepped onto the Pyramid Stage and started singing, everything changed. "I felt totally calm and so in my element," she said. "I'm not very spiritual or religious, but it's moments like that where I feel music is just so magical that you just can't really describe it."

The 22-year-old, who performed on a smaller Glastonbury stage in 2022, called the headlining set probably the best weekend of her entire life. According to Rolling Stone, she shared the stage with the Cure's Robert Smith, who became an influence on her upcoming album You Seem Pretty Sad for a Girl So in Love.

Rodrigo performed a surprise set at Primavera Sound in Barcelona this week.
