Paradigm has laid off three agents in what sources describe as a targeted restructuring, according to an exclusive report from Deadline Hollywood.

The departing agents are Jeff Kolodny, Adam Van Dusen, and Natalie Handelsman. Kolodny, the most senior of the three, spent 15 years at Paradigm after joining in 2011 from a three-year stint elsewhere. Handelsman and Kolodny both worked as talent agents at the firm.

Sources say the cuts affected only these three agents. The timing arrives amid broader agency shake-ups and talent management shifts in the industry.

Paradigm, one of Hollywood's most influential talent representation firms, has not issued a public statement on the layoffs. The agency represents A-list talent across film, television, and digital platforms.

Kolodny's exit comes after 15 years building client relationships at the agency. Van Dusen and Handelsman's departures reflect ongoing changes in the talent management space as agencies adjust to shifting market conditions and client demands.
