Hayley Kiyoko is living her best fiancée life right now.
The "What I Need" singer opened up about her upcoming wedding with Becca Tilley at the Asian American Foundation's 2026 Heritage Month Awards Dinner on May 14. According to E! Online, Hayley told the publication: "We're enjoying our engaged life, but we'll figure it out once the movie comes out."
The 35-year-old has a full schedule. Her directorial debut Girls Like Girls—based on her 2015 song—hits screens next month, taking priority over wedding planning.
Hayley described being engaged as "really like magical." She explained why newly engaged couples post frequently: "I get why people, when they get engaged, they're constantly posting photos of themselves because love is so special."
"To find a partner that really sees you for who you are, and to get to celebrate that is awesome," she continued.
Becca didn't just accept the proposal. The 37-year-old Bachelor alum proposed to Hayley five months later.
On Instagram earlier this month, Becca wrote: "I get a front row seat to her work and her passion every single day. I have never known anyone who works harder than she does." She added, "My heart is bursting with love and pride for you."
The couple will set a wedding date after the Girls Like Girls premiere.
