The Karlovy Vary International Film Festival has unveiled its official competition selection for its 60th edition. Running from July 3 to 11, the festival has locked in 12 titles for the Crystal Globe Competition.

Leading the lineup is Iranian filmmaker Nader Saeivar's Hijamat. Saeivar is known for provocative, boundary-pushing cinema. The film is among the festival's premieres this year.
