Lionel Messi isn't just dominating the football pitch — he's now moving into the accessories market. The 38-year-old soccer superstar announced his latest partnership with Stanley last week on Instagram, unveiling the Messi x Stanley 1913 Gold Collection, which is already selling out.
The collaboration features the brand's new golden hue — officially called the "Messi Legacy colorway" — with references to the eight-time Ballon d'Or winner's career. The collection includes the 40 oz. Quencher ProTour Flip Straw Tumbler ($60) and 24 oz. IceFlow bottles, all in that gold tone.
Each piece is stamped with Messi's stylized M logo and the motto "Start Early, Stay Late." The tumblers feature double-walled vacuum insulation that keeps drinks cold for up to 12 hours, recycled stainless steel construction, and non-slip handles.
In his Instagram caption, Messi wrote: "Hecha para brillar bajo las luces más intensas" — which translates to "Made to shine under the brightest lights."
The collection is already selling out across platforms. The 40 oz. Quencher is gone from the official Stanley website, though you can still buy one through Dick's Sporting Goods. The IceFlow models and the 64 oz. jug remain available, but stock is moving quickly.
With Messi preparing for Argentina at the 2026 FIFA World Cup, the soccer legend is expanding his reach beyond the pitch. The speed at which this collection is selling suggests fans are willing to follow him into new markets.
