Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference kicks off Monday at 10 a.m. PT. Insiders expect major announcements around Siri and Apple Intelligence.

Siri is receiving a complete AI overhaul. The revamped Siri will understand context, handle multi-step tasks, and feel more natural in conversation—powered by Google's Gemini technology.

Apple is rolling out a standalone Siri app to compete with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The company is entering the advanced AI chatbot market directly.

The Photos app is also being updated. New features include intelligent scene recommendations, automatic object removal, and an AI photo editor that accepts text descriptions of edits instead of manual tools.

Visual Intelligence is moving to the Camera app as a dedicated Siri mode alongside Photo, Video, and Portrait options. It will use Google Image Search to identify objects in photos.

Apple is introducing AI agent integration with the app store, allowing users to delegate tasks like booking reservations, managing calendars, and controlling smart home devices. The Image Playground app will receive upgrades including higher-quality images, more artistic styles, and better character consistency.

Fans can stream the conference live via the Apple Developer app, Apple's website, or their YouTube channel.
